Val di Non: is the largest valley in Trentino, located in the western part of the territory and famous for the production of Melinda apples. The valley develops along the river Noce up to the lake Giustina in Cles. An ideal area for hiking in the Brenta Dolomites, on the Mendola and in the nearby Merano. The most important village in the valley is Cles.
Cles is the capital of the Val di Non. It is located on the western shore of Lake Santa Giustina at an altitude of 658 metres. It is a very popular destination for tourists from all over Europe, for its historical and scenic beauty. The geographical position is ideal for those who want to discover the nature and culture of the valley, including the mountains of the Brenta Dolomites, Ortes and Mendola. Lake Santa Giustina is the perfect place for water sports, such as rowing and windsurfing, but also for sport fishing. Cles is known thanks to the production of Melinda apples, in fact the territory is surrounded by orchards that between May and June contribute to make the view of the trees in bloom a spectacle.
